General Guidelines
For Sellers
- Authenticity: All items must be authentic. Replicas must be clearly marked as such.
- Accurate descriptions: Provide an honest and detailed description of the condition and history of items.
- Respectful communication: Treat all users with respect and professionalism.
- Prompt shipping: Ship items within the stated timeframe.
For Buyers
- Fair reviews: Give constructive and honest feedback.
- Respect for history: Treat historical items with respect and understanding of their context.
- Payment terms: Pay within the agreed timeframe.
- Communication: Stay in touch with sellers about questions or issues.
Prohibited items
The following items are strictly prohibited:
- Illegal weapons: Functional weapons, ammunition, or explosives are not allowed.
- False authenticity: Deliberately misleading items or forgeries without clear marking.
- Hateful content: Items that promote hate, discrimination, or extremism.
- Stolen goods: Items known to be stolen or illegally obtained.
Historical context and education
Wingman recognises the importance of preserving historical artefacts for educational purposes. We understand that military history is a complex subject with both light and shadow.

Important: We expect all users to treat historical items with respect and understanding of their context, without using them for hateful or extremist purposes.
Reporting violations
If you see a listing or user that violates these guidelines, especially items with prohibited symbols, please report it immediately:
All reports are handled confidentially and reviewed within 24 hours.
Consequences of violations
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:
- Immediate removal of prohibited items
- Warnings to users
- Temporary or permanent account suspension
- Legal action where applicable
